Nevadensis Duroc Ham PGI Trevélez Cured for more than 30 Months

Our top-quality ham with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Trevélez, of our own famous brand "Nevadensis". A ham with more than 24-months, 100% natural curing time with the help of the clean, cold air of the Sierra Nevada natural park, in the Alpujarra of Granada. Well over 2-years curing ensures an excellent infiltration of fat throughout the ham. Ham from a female pig of the Duroc paternal breed. Without artificial additives, preservatives, or colourants. The only other ingredient, apart from pork, is just the right amount of seasalt.

Production

A slow and careful, traditional curing process in our natural ham drying-houses in the Alpujarran town of Trevélez in the Sierra Nevada, Granada Province in Southern Spain.
