Payment methods
You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:- Pay on Delivery. Only available in Mainland Spain and the Balearics, except orders containing custom prepared products, and with an additional charge of €4.
- Visa, MasterCard, or American Express using our secure payments processor, Stripe.
- iDeal (only in The Netherlands).
- Bancontact (only in Belgium).
- PayPal, at an additional processing charge of 3.5%.
- Bank Transfer. Please note all transfers must be in Euros.
Return conditions
In the case of a fault with our products during the warranty period, we will refund the full purchase amount depending on the amount of product we receive back. This warranty period is 2 years from the day of delivery or the “best before” date, whichever is sooner and taking into account that our natural products will degrade over time. You can also decide to not go ahead with the purchase after delivery, and return the product unopened and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. In the latter case you will be liable for the transport costs. Our traceability label near the foot of the ham is part of your warranty. Do not remove this label! Should there be an issue, do not continue to cut, debone, or in any other way use the product: this will invalidate your warranty.Warranty
Our warranty is applicable if the product does not meet the expectations:- The product is not according to the description of not according to the quality we promise on the basis of regular samples, or the product does not resemble the model advertised.
- The product is not usable in accordance with the recommended use of similar products.
- The product does not poses the usual qualities that you can fundamentally expect from a similar product, taking into account that our natural products degrade over time.
- In the case of a faulty product (ham stand, knifes, etc.), take care of repair, replacement or a full or part refund of the purchase amount without any additional costs to you.
- The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery.
- You must inform us within 2 months of finding the defect.
Returns
What must I do to return a product?- Use the original packaging and enclose a copy of the invoice.

Product damaged during transport
If, at the time of delivery, the packaging appears damaged, please make sure to ask the courier to make a note of this on the proof of delivery before signing. If the packaging is intact, but there appears to be transport damage to the product, you should contact the courier directly, or us. We will be happy to help you resolve the issue. In any case, we will replace the product without any additional charges.Changing your mind
You are entitled to change your mind without any need to provide an explanation within 14 days of delivery. What must I do if I have changed my mind?- Use the original packaging and enclose a copy of the invoice.
